Business leaders are becoming more in tune with how important it is to recognise the wellbeing of their staff. They are seeing the value that environment has on the happiness of their workers. The overall design, and design approach towards workspaces has proven to be a huge productivity driver; and leaders are tapping into what their staff need more than ever. This is not just property led piece, but a people-led design piece and businesses are now truly seeing the value that space and interior design has on their teams in terms of productivity, recruitment and retention.
