The spaces we designed for this scheme were intended to be eclectic, rich and bold; to attract the creative demographic we see occupying the building and area.

The colours, textures, lighting and soundscapes come together to create an immersive experience for the residents, from the luxurious lobby amenity which provides a space to work, and collaborate with views over the greenery of the landscaped garden.

We created a backdrop of natural woods and greens for the gym; which has enviable views across the city - whilst the roof terrace has been designed to perform in all weathers and offer a really flexible space for the residents want to sit quietly and read a book, or even hold a dinner party and socialise with other tenants.
