The development is based on the outskirts of the Northern Quarter and Ancoats and aims to have a strong sense of community.

The interiors encourage integration of residents and staff and include a number of social and communal spaces.

There are several considerations within the scheme to promote and encourage wellbeing for the residents, harnessing the power of the environment to assist with this.

Here, we take inspiration from the surrounding industrial architecture and the history of the site to tell a story of the creative youth of Manchester growing up, kickstarting careers and thriving in an ever-developing city.
