We had to celebrate the beauty right on the doorstep; the awe-inspiring Denver horizon line.

Weaving through the tall skyscrapers and cranes, past the leafy suburban landscapes, you can't escape the powerful Rocky Mountains. These incredible peaks form the backdrop to an ever-developing city, a constant reminder that there is adventure beyond the day-to-day.

We are taken on a journey from the origins of the cobbled paths and rugged landscapes of the British countryside, past the glinting mile-high city, and through to the woody, snowcapped peaks of the Rockies.

With all our schemes we draw a focus on people, looking across the pond to the native greens of the UK and its presence in their Altrincham offices, building a “forest” of employees, each planted and nurtured to grow.

"Confidence without arrogance” is a Matillion value; we have expressed this through the tones, textures and overall story of the office environment using sustainable materials where possible to create a scheme to stand the test of time and be a haven for its workforce.

The Results

The scheme delivered similar success to that of the UK headquarters - a content staff workforce, user-friendly spaces, an environment which has increased productivity and efficiency, and we has seen another boost in staff headcount - potentially leading to an expanded office space in 2020/2021.
